Mountaineer Jerky Marinade

1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 pint Maple Syrup
1 oz Liquid Smoke
3 Tbsp Favorite Hot Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 oz Molasses

This marinade should make enough for 3 to 4 pounds of venison or beef cut into ¼-inch strips. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Let marinate for 24 hours and prepare as you would.
